Comprehensive Software and Automation Capability |

Addresses both the Protocol and the Jitter Characterization Challenge Protocol-specific features enable the detection of DUT parameters. Link training sequences are analyzed to determine data rate capability and lane configurations. Receiver jitter tolerance testing is one of the most time-consuming and equipment-intensive validation and characterization operations. The DV1600-PCIe includes 16 independent and fully synthesized jitter injection generators for the purpose of this test. By deploying the jitter injection generators and on-board analysis features, the DV1600-PCIe is able to automatically trace the jitter tolerance curve for 16 lanes simultaneously. |

Parallel Transmitter Testing The DV1600 contains dedicated circuitry for measuring jitter, eye diagrams, and other signal integrity parameters. It also contains automation suites in order to determine pass-fail criteria based on PCI Express specifications or based on custom user-defined limits. As for other tests, all 16 lanes are operated simultaneously in the DV1600-PCIe architecture. |

Data Logging and Automatic Report Generation The DV1600-PCIe generates pass-fail and detailed measurement reports for the covered PCI Express tests. Measurement results are organized in folders for easy retrieval and database management. Stored results can be retrieved at any time for visualization, report generation, and export into statistical analysis programs. |
