Media Contacts: MSBi Capital DFT Microsystems Appoints new President and CEO Montreal, Canada, February 2, 2006. - The board of DFT Microsystems Canada (“DFT”), announces that David Lisk has formally accepted the position of President and CEO of the Montreal based high technology company. DFT is focused on delivering cost effective advanced test solutions to the high-speed mixed-signal SOC industry. “We’re very pleased that an individual of David’s calibre has accepted the position to lead DFT” says Don Perkins of ZON Capital Partners and a DFT board member. “With DFT’s groundbreaking products ready to ship into the market, it is imperative to have the right leadership in place to keep the momentum moving forward.” “David has been involved with the company since July and has been very focused on developing the business plan and securing the financing needed to move DFT to the next level,” says Chris Arsenault of MSBi Capital and DFT board member. “We are very impressed with the work he has done to date and look forward to continuing the success of DFT under David’s direction.” David is a seasoned industry veteran with 23 years experience in the Technology industry with emphasis on semiconductor manufacturing and operations. Prior to DFT, David spent 12 years at Tundra Semiconductor (Tundra). Most recently, he was VP of Operations where he had responsibility for manufacturing, QA, systems and product engineering, production test, customer service and IT. David joined Newbridge Microsystems in 1993, and played a key role when the division spun-out from parent Newbridge Networks (now Alcatel Canada) to become Tundra Semiconductor in 1995 and during its subsequent successful IPO in 1998. “I’m very excited to be part of a story that is as compelling as DFT’s” says Lisk. ”As the increasing cost of testing in the high speed mixed signal SOC world becomes a bigger and bigger problem, the value proposition for DFT’s cost effective advanced test solutions is dramatic and compelling. I look forward to the challenge of leading the company to take full advantage of this opportunity.” About DFT Microsystems, Inc.
